Who is Nicole?  A resident of the Durham Region for the past 14 years, previously Toronto,  but orignially from Northern Ontario. A proud mother and obsessive dog owner to a sweet rescue poodle, a landlord, a baker, and  most importantly - really really good at tenant placement. I worked multi-res for a major landlord deverloper for nearly a decade, and have been doing this on a consultant basis for the past 5 years.  I've been on all sides from a hole in the ground to an 18 storey building in Toronto, a basement unit in Bowmanville, duplexes in Scarborough, townhouses in Hamilton or detached in Whitby.
